Create and share your invitation

Start without an account. Save a draft and finish it later: you sign up when you save or pay.

Choosing the card the invitation is written on

1. Add your event details and choose a design

Choose the kind of event, add the event date and the place, and pick a card: the invitation is written on it as you type. Then design the bottle it sails in.

In six languages, with three fonts, and you can rewrite any line.

Choosing one shared link or a link for each guest

2. Choose how to share it

  • One shared link ($15) for the group chat: each guest types their name and gets their own invitation.
  • Personal links for each household ($24): type your list or upload it from Excel, and each household gets its own link, addressed to them by name.

With personal links, we email each household that has an email address on your list; you can copy any link into WhatsApp, Viber or a text. A shared link you post yourself.

3. Choose when it opens

Open it straight away, or set a time up to a year away and it opens for everyone at once. Until then guests see the bottle at sea, your names and a countdown, and can add the opening time to their calendar. The details stay sealed.

For your guests: an easy way to reply

No app, no account, no password. Just their link.

Attendance, numbers and dietary needs

When it opens they see your card and any update you posted, then say whether they are coming, how many adults and children, anything they can't eat, and a message for you. Dietary notes are private to you, and included in your day snapshot and downloads.

Save the date and update a reply

They can add the event to their calendar, with the place. If plans change, they update their reply from the same link until your reply-by date.

For you: all your guest replies in one place

Everything about your guests in one place, from the first reply to the day itself.

The host page of a Halloween party: replies, guest list, reminders, updates and the day snapshot
  1. Who's coming, at a glance

How many opened it, who is coming (adults and children counted), who can't, and who hasn't replied yet. A short email each evening tells you about new replies.

  2. Every guest, every answer

Each household with its reply, head count, food notes and message. Search by name or show only those who haven't replied. Add more guests at any time, copy a link, or remove someone.

  3. Remind guests who haven't replied

One button emails a reminder, with their own link, to every guest who hasn't replied and has an email address. At most twice each, three days apart. For the rest, copy their link and send it yourself.

  4. Something changed? Tell everyone

Post an update and it shows at the top of every guest's invitation. You can also change the time, the place or the details, and they see the new ones.

  5. Your final numbers and dietary notes

The day snapshot gives the head count and every food note on one page, for you or the caterer. Download the replies as a spreadsheet, or print the invitation itself at home (A5).
